Qutie Dating and Social Networking App Receives Additional Investment From Atari® to Further Growth

Investment to help further international expansion and marketing campaigns for LGBTQ community looking for relationships, friendships or meaningful connections

NEW YORKApril 15, 2019 –– Atari®, one of the world’s most iconic consumer brands and interactive entertainment producers, announced today an additional investment in LGBTQutie, also called Qutie, to help grow their LGBTQ dating and social networking app community. Since its launch into the LGBTQ community last May, Qutie has seen up to 400% growth in monthly user acquisition and prides itself as being the go-to relationship-focused app for LGBTQ people looking for relationships, friendships, and meaningful connections.

As a part of this investment, Qutie will enhance their features on the app through increased gamification as well as help facilitate international expansion. The app is currently available in the U.S., U.K., CanadaAustralia and New Zealand. In addition, Qutie will use this investment for marketing campaigns to solidify Qutie’s position as a leader in the LGBTQ dating and social networking app market.

The app also provides LGBTQ news and blogs and features in-app video messages that allow users to send 10-second video clips to one another to promote safety and help prevent catfishing.
