TroubleshootingBack to Top

"I have OSX and a GeForce 2 MX or GeForce 3 video card and the game crashes back to the desktop when it tries to go to the Intro Movie."
OR
"I can't play the OSX version of the game at all, even though I have OSX loaded and running on my Mac."

This problem sometimes occurs when the game attempts to play video, due to a problem between the program we used for the video clips and these video cards while using OSX. We have a patch that might help. Please see the "Patch" section below for more details. Additionally, if you still have problems, you may wish to try exiting the game, rebooting the computer into OS 9.1, and playing the "OS 8 or 9" version of the game.
