Following are the most frequently asked questions regarding Duke Nukem: Land of the Babes and the recommended solutions for each:

"My Duke Nukem: Land of the Babes CD has become scratched or damaged… how can I get a replacement?"
    Please check out our Consumer Service Policies and Information. This document will tell you everything you need to know regarding sending your CD in for replacement including costs, shipping instructions, etc.
"When I launch the game, it begins to load and then locks up my PlayStation. What's wrong?"
    Check the underside of the CD for smudges or debris that may be keeping your Playstation from reading it. If the CD is not completely clean, your system may not be able to data that's essential for running the game.

    Most computer stores carry inexpensive CD-ROM cleaning kits that will safely restore your CD. If you want to try cleaning the CD without a kit, you can wash the CD using lukewarm water, MILD NON-ABRASIVE dish soap, and a very soft and clean COTTON cloth. Do NOT use any kind of paper product or abrasive soap to clean the CD, as these WILL scratch! Once the CD is clean, be sure to let the CD dry completely before inserting it into your Playstation, or damage may result.
