Exit the install program, restart the system, and shutdown all other background applications to make sure all files are closed and can be copied. 3. You do not have enough free harddrive space to install the game. Free up at least 60mb of free space, then install the game.4. Make sure the Supplemental Cache Size for the CD-ROM is set to Large: - Right click on My Computer and left click on Properties. - Click on the Performance tab - Click on File System and Click on the CD-ROM tab. Make sure the slider bar is all the way to the right, and it is set for Quad-speed or higher.

This is a problem with the auto setting in the game and your video card. Go into the Atari configuration program and click on the 'General' tab. Then uncheck the option for vector flares and also change the resolution from auto to whatever you prefer, usually 640 x 480 or 800 x 600. Then hit 'Apply' and run the game.
