A.) If your screen looks like this (automatic install):

  1. Click the INSTALL NOW button.
  2. From the Application Install dialog box select Open to "Would you like to open or save this file?".
  3. If a security dialog box appears select Continue.
  4. From the Application Install dialog box select Install to "Are you sure you want to install this application on your computer?".
  5. From the Installation Preferences dialog box select Continue.
  6. If a security dialog box appears select Continue.
  7. The Widget application will install and launch.

 

B.) If your screen looks like this your browser does not have the latest version of Flash or could not be detected (manual install):

  1. Click the Adobe® AIR™ runtime link.
  2. Save the file to your desktop or download folder.
  3. Double click the downloaded file (AdobeAIR.dmg for mac, AdobeAIRInstaller.exe for windows).
  4. Mac users double click the Adobe AIR Installer.app contained in AdobeAIR.dmg.
  5. Follow the installation instructions, agree to the Terms and select Continue.
  6. The Adobe AIR application is now installed on your computer.
  7. Click the download Burst Limit link.
  8. If prompted to save the file, save to your desktop or download folder. The saved file should be dbz.air, if named with a different extension like dbz.air.zip rename the file back to dbz.air. Double click dbz.air.
  9. When prompted to open with the Air.Installer Package, select OK or Open.
  10. From the Application Install dialog box select Install to "Are you sure you want to install this application on your computer?".
  11. From the Installation Preferences dialog box select Continue.
  12. If a security dialog box appears select Continue.
  13. The Widget application will install and launch.
