In order to enable cheats on Duke N64, start the game and get to the main title screen. Then press Left, Left, L Button, L Button, Right, Right, Left, Left to activate cheat mode.
Once cheat mode is enabled, you can give yourself all weapons and ammo
by pressing R Button, Right C, Right, L Button, Left C, Left, Right C, Right.
Standard Control Configurations
There are two different control configurations you can use. Which one you pick depends on whether you want to use the control stick for movement, or for looking around.
The options for changing the control mode are under the Control Options menu which is under the game's main options menu.
Control Stick Move Mode:
To move forwards or backwards, use the control stick.
To look around, use the control pad.
To side step, use the left and right C buttons.
To jump, fly up, or swim up, use the R button.
To crouch, fly down, or swim down, use the B button.
To use a weapon, use the Z button.
To Activate switches, buttons, etc., press the A button.
To Select a weapon, use the control pad left and right.
To Select an inventory item, press the control pad up or down.
To Use an Inventory item, press the L button.
Control Stick Look Mode:

To look around, use the Control Stick.
To side step, use the left and right C buttons.
To jump, fly up, or swim up, press the upper C button.
To crouch, fly down, or swim down, use lower C button.
To use a weapon, press the Z button.

Brightness Control
Please note that neither your Nintendo 64 nor Duke Nukem N64 can be adjusted for brightness. You must use your TV's brightness control if the game is too dark.
