Tag?

Does anyone have any advice on how to beat the fourth goblin king on tag? It's the one that appears right after u beat skeith.

He's immune to Death, immune to Sleep or Paralysis, AND the bastard's going to that thing and getting regeneration. Speed charms are helpful, but what can be done after that? magic and elemental hits dont do as much damage as expected...

any suggestions? or should i just keep running in circles?:mad:

If you chase it and you're lucky, you can hit it. But I used a speed charm and let it ran of the battle stops. Keep following him so you know where he is. When he stops, immediately run towards him so he can't cast the healing thing on himself. He will start to run when you are near, but you can hit him. Keep hitting and running after him. He will probably get away after two or three hits. Then do the same thing again. Save the game before trying this, cause it can go wrong. But it worked for me.

Yep speed charms really help and last for a long time so you'll only need one. One weakness with this Goblin is that when you lock on to him and use a special attack such as staccatto he doesn't actually run away so thats a tactic u can use.

You're right, if you use stacatto or gail of swords (my favourite) you can hit him a lot. That's a good way to get the goblin on his knees too.

stacatto?! havent seen that skill in a while... anyone remember which set of blades i must have to do that??

A load of em do, but you don't need Staccatto specifically as there are other abilities just as powerful. But Raiteki has it and also Bom-Be-Ye but thats quite a hard weapon to get by data draining.

i just sold my last set of raitei :/ dantes blades dont do that skill... i'll see what i can do about Bom-Be-Ye (such a funny name!)... u wouldnt happen to remember where u came across it or what its status is would u?

you must use data drain on a ....gardiaun in a field with a level between 28 and 30:D
