I'm finding it rather difficult to find an avatar compatible with this site. Does anyone know a good site for .hack avatars. Thx.

if the avatar isn't a pixel afrt thing you could probably just resize it if it's already a squared image of 100x100 or so. It should look okay as long as it isn't being massively resized.

i guess this is a really stupid question, but how do you get the avatars? I mean, I can't find it anywhere in the user options.

It may be easyer to create an avatar that is 100x100 and shrink it down with something lie ms photo editor or photoshop.
I usualy just find a picture online and take a section of it that will make a good avatar and if needed shrink it down.

I just did mine a very very complicated way using only paint and the print screen button very tedious but hey, it worked ^_^

Mine first was the maximum size, but then the file was too large so I had to make it smaller. I just added a border around it with photoshop.

i don't suppose anyone would like to put that pic file of Cassanova's into an avatar for me? my forum leaves offsite images at original size but this one won't so i'm kinda stuck

i just used paint to make mine. i cut out the face and made it smaller until it was 50x50 then checked the properties of the image n looked at the pixil width and lenght, its the 1st one ive ever done and i dont think its to bad :D

To make my avatar i just serched for it on google. They are actually quite easy to find. Just type in "Rena(or what ever character you want) - Hack" in the images search and you will get millions of pics. Then u just have to find one that will fit...:)

maybe they'll do a Sonic .Hack, lol, theres a Sonic version of Shenmue online somewhere, its funny, you play the same story as the origonal, but with sonic characters in pokemon game style graphics

woohoo finally got round to adding an avatar, took an age to get it the rite size, unfortunatly had to shrink it in paint, needless to say painstakin wrk for a not great result, but a result none the less

It took me two minutes to find a picture of Orca on the Google UK (http://www.google.co.uk/) Image Search website service to find a nice picture of Orca I could edit in Photoshop and then use as my avatar. See, it's not that hard, is it? ^_^

Transexual maybe lol just kidding. You find that a lot on online games too like legend of Mir where 2 thirds of the females you see are actually controlled by male people, quite decieving really.

from memory this is...btw... but to get an avatar, you upload a small image from ur comp onto this site in your user cp area... or you get the url for it and put in the little thing in ur user cp.
