Hi, a newbie here!
I'm from Canada, but I thought I'll join the forum as well. There aren't any official North American forums. I kinda stopped playing the games after INFECTION, but I enjoy the anime and manga. I don't know much about .hack, because I had seen only one episode of the .hack/SIGN before buying the game. It is hard to get anime here in Finland if you don't have credit card or broadband connection..

i'm 21 yrs old, from Greece. Currently working as tech support in a software developing company, i dont have enough time to spend for my hobbies. however, those include:

japanese courses (still not very good at it though.. it's hard :( )
manga (on which i spend more than 60% of my wages)
listening to music (punkrock/industrial/electro)
i'm getting addicted to ps2, which i only bought 5 or 6 days ago, so it's safe to add it to my hobbie list
umm.. what else...

i'm not a big fan of anime, although i enjoy it, i just dont spend money on it... my fave manga is Love Hina, Ranma 1/2, Chobits and Wish
fave anime is Neon Genesis Evangelion, Ranma (japanese version) and Slayers...

That's about it i guess... .hack is a kickass game

I'm afraid I went straight into the game forum and started a new thread for my introduction (of sorts). Sorry for that.

Anyway, like most other people here, I'm a big fan of most things along the lines of Square/Enix rpg's, video games in general, and manga/anime (Ghost in the Shell and Studio Ghibli's output being favourites).

I also play guitar (never as well as I'd like to!) and enjoy reading and trying to get back into writing speculative fiction.
