the dot hackers are Kite and Black Rose because they were able to save people from the coma's from within 'the world' saving people in the real world

They became the famous dot hackers because of this, Legend of the Twilight and DUSK explain this mostly, and i guess they will closer to the end of the game series, but im still only on the first :P

ive only played Infection so far so im not sure how the game explains the dot hackers, but the Manga comic Legend of the Twilight, and the cartoon series DUSK explain i alot near the beginning when Shugo is asking who the famous dot hackers are

well maybe in some years(quite some)they'll invent a "controller" that reads the shock your mind send to your limbs and uses them to controll your character with your mind. I'd like them to invent good goggles wich really make it look like your looking through the characters eyes and that when you turn your head the view should also do that at the same speed and direction and things should look 3d.(that would be nice.)

For anyone who doesnt know what the chip is, its something George Bush is trying to develop with Bill Gates.
They want to place a chip inside your head so police will know exactly where you are and when, you wouldnt need a passport or a bank card because they would pick up the signals, etc
