For all that want's to know:

.hack//Mutation (Part 2) german release is 17.06.2004

.hack//Outbreak (Part 3) german release is 18.08.2004

.hack//Quarantine (Part 4) german release is 13.10.2004

Amazon.co.uk anounces the UK release as 18th of June, i think the whole of Europe is the same time aswel, but im not possitive.

The shops in UK didnt have Infection until the day after the Amazon release date though, but its usually spot on.
